Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail or Evri. For orders over £100, we use a secure courier service, such as DPD, FedEx, or UPS, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
We process all orders within one working day, aiming for delivery within 1-3 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available) once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

As a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within thirty (30) working days after receiving your goods or from the date we begin providing the services, as outlined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Refunds for orders cancelled under these regulations will be processed in line with your statutory rights. Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Products: Upon receipt, please inspect all items. Please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied items promptly after notifying us.
Non-Faulty Product Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a product that is not damaged or incorrectly supplied, please inform us within seven working days of receipt or as soon as possible thereafter. Products should be returned in original packaging and in an unused condition, with return postage at your expense.
